By accessing or using any services provided by Noqter Furniture Design ("Noqter," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing any orders.

1. General Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Noqter's website and services, including but not limited to browsing our collections, placing orders, and accessing design consultations.

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order with Noqter. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

1.2 Account Responsibility

If you create an account with Noqter, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Orders & Custom Furniture

Noqter specializes in handcrafted, custom furniture. Please review these terms carefully as they contain important information about our ordering process.

2.1 Order Process

All orders begin with a design consultation (in-person or virtual) where we discuss your requirements. After consultation, we provide a detailed quote including specifications, materials, and timeline.

Changes to custom orders may incur additional fees if production has begun. Cancellations after production starts will result in forfeiture of deposit, as materials are specially sourced and work is custom.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Pricing Structure

Our prices reflect the quality of materials and craftsmanship. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed with deposit.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and UPI payments. Full payment is required before delivery unless special arrangements are made.

3.3 Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

4. Delivery & Installation

4.1 Delivery Timeline

Standard production time is 8-12 weeks from deposit receipt. Complex custom pieces may require longer. We provide estimated timelines but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to the handmade nature of our products.

4.2 Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout India. Delivery fees vary by location and will be quoted before order confirmation. International deliveries may be arranged with additional fees and extended timelines.

4.3 Inspection

You must inspect all pieces upon delivery and note any damage or discrepancies on the delivery receipt. Claims for visible damage must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Warranties & Returns

5.1 Craftsmanship Warranty

Noqter provides a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. This warranty does not cover:

Due to the custom nature of our furniture, we generally do not accept returns. In exceptional circumstances, we may accept returns at our discretion with a 30% restocking fee.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and specifications remain the intellectual property of Noqter unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, manufacture, or commission copies of Noqter designs without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Noqter's total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product at issue. We shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
